Who pays for the shipping cost when returning the parcel?

a. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact customer service immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised. For the return under this condition we will pay the return shipping fee. If you are returning multiple items, please return them together to enjoy Free Return on all items. If you return the goods one by one, you may need to pay an additional shipping fee.
b. If the product is in good condition, but you don’t like it and want to return it back, the postage needs to be borne by you.

Return or Exchange Requirements:

• Please Email us before you do return and exchange. • Please provide the return tracking number of the receipt.
• Your item must be Intact without traces of depreciation
• Keep original packaging in the same condition as when you received it. Include all tags and boxes.

• The item must be in original packaging with all tags.

If the product does not meet the requirements for return we will have full authority to refuse your return. We will send the rejected item back to the original shipping address. To avoid this, please contact our customer service team to address any questions or concerns about the item you are returning prior to returning it. Please follow the steps in the email we sent you for returns and exchanges. After we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund, which may take up to 5 business days to process if there is no violation of the return policy. If the request is approved, then your refund will be processed.
